Who We Are
The Wow Factor is led by me, Rob Geraghty, and I'm backed up by a team of specialist consultants.
I spent the early part of my career working for Accenture, the management consultancy firm, and then working in a range of commercial roles at Vodafone.
It was during my time at Vodafone that I discovered two passions. The first was being in situations where I needed to communicate and have impact. I loved giving presentations, going to job interviews and speaking at conferences. Most people hated these situations but I loved them!
The second passion that I discovered at Vodafone was helping other people to learn. I felt that I was playing to my strengths when I was coaching colleagues and team members with the ultimate aim of helping them develop themselves.
I have managed to combine these two passions together now to form The Wow Factor. Using my experiences of having put together many speeches, presentations and training workshops, I now specialise in helping others to do this.
Most people fear presenting and I often hear people say that they can't do it well. My belief is that with coaching and using the techniques that I show you, each and every one of us can stand up and deliver a presentation which will wow the audience.

PowerPoint Designers - our specialist designers can design PowerPoint slides to support your presentation. These are far from being the usual bullet point slides that you most commonly see - we're talking about slides that add to your message and give you more confidence when you're presenting. Engaging visuals will help you deliver your message more effectively.
Delivery Consultants - once you've worked out what you're going to say, our Delivery Consultants can help show you all of the techniques to deliver the presentation in the best possible way. How do you stand? Where will you look? How do you keep the audience listening to you? These are all questions that can be answered for you.
