What to expect
The first thing that we do is to ask you lots of questions about the presentation that you are looking to run. These could well include:
- What is the purpose of the presentation?
- Who is in the audience?
- What do you want your audience to do differently as a result of hearing you speak?
- How do you want to be perceived by your audience?
With this information, we'll work with you through our three stage process:
1. What's Your Story? - First we need to work through the key messages that you want to get across to your audience. What do you want them to go away remembering? We help you to structure your material so that it flows for the audience and they can follow the journey that you're taking them on. We'll also share ideas about how to open and close your presentation as these are crucial moments when you can really engage the audience.
2. PowerPoint slides - If you're planning on using PowerPoint slides in your presentation, then we have an expert team of designers who can make these add to your presentation. So often PowerPoint slides are used by presenters as a crutch and they add little for the audience. We will design slides for you that help your audience to understand the key messages that you want to communicate. They will be easy for you to present with and will look way better than anything that you've seen before!
3. Delivery coaching - Finally with the content and visuals in place, we'll get you practicing and show you all of the tools and techniques that the world's best presenters are using. Using your hands, eyes, tone of voice, pace and volume, we can ensure that you are confident using all of these tools so that your audience is left wowed by your presentation.
After all events, we always hold a post event review to discuss what you've learned, understand what worked and be clear on how we can help you again in the future.
