1:1 Public Speaking Coaching for President of Oxford University's Entrepreneurship Society
The Challenge
Victoria Lennox, the newly appointed President of Oxford Entrepreneurs, was going to be the public face of Oxford University's leading student society and needed to quickly improve her skills and confidence at speaking in public.
The Solution
Rob and Victoria worked together over a number of 1:1 sessions to look at a variety of different situations where she would have to speak in public. Through coaching and practice of a whole range of tools and techniques, Victoria quickly learned how to get audiences to listen to her and have huge impact.
The Result
Victoria led Oxford Entrepreneurs during one of their most successful periods.

The Challenge
A team of 15 had to recruit as many new members as possible through brief pitches to fellow students. Having a confident and concise pitch to excite and enthuse the potential members was key, yet many people had little experience of standing and presenting in this way.
The Solution
The Wow Factor developed an interactive workshop that helped the leadership team learn and practise their own pitch for why potential members should join. By involving the whole group in the workshop everyone dramatically increased their confidence and skill at pitching.
The Result
All of the leadership were confident when they came to pitch Oxford Entrepreneurs and annual recruitment increased by over 75%. In just 3 days, 1400 members were signed up to the society thanks to the great pitches that they gave.
